Problems of competence-based learning in a digital environment

In the system of higher education main results mastering basic educational programs are competences students and graduates. However, in pedagogical environment, despite widespread use term, there is still no deep understanding features such ways to achieve them. Therefore, often clear distinction between cognitive outcomes (knowledge, skills, abilities) competence outcomes. There difficulties taking into account both conditions principles formation specifics control assessment process organization reliably identify levels students’ formation. The article gives a brief overview existing concepts competences, their specificity, assessment. It shown that reflect abilities act productively problem situation, using knowledge, abilities, skills target result. intensive development digital technologies creates additional opportunities problems not only for distance learning, but also creating new assessing learning achievements, including virtual environment space. importance developing methodology competency-based capabilities, emphasized. noted that, many important necessary tools space, negative aspects use, which should be taken construction content.
